The short version: you buy flour, we ship flour, and everyone acts like a normal person. The real terms are below. They're written to be read.
Who we are
These terms are between you and Atta Boys LLC, Austin, Texas ("Atta Boys," "we"). Our Shipping, Refunds, and Privacy policies are part of these terms.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The confirmation email is a receipt, not an acceptance — we accept your order when we ship it (or hand it to you at pickup). We can cancel and refund any order we can't fulfill: a size that's out of stock, a payment we can't verify, an address we can't ship to, or an obvious pricing error.
Pricing
Prices are in US dollars, including for Canadian orders (your bank does the conversion). Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay. If a price is plainly wrong — say the 3 LB bag shows up at $0.26 — we'll cancel, refund you, and apologize, in that order.
Product information
Nutrition figures come from our lab-tested Nutrition Facts, on a ¼ cup (34g) serving. "Per roti" numbers assume that serving; your rotis, your recipe, and your rolling pin will vary. The printed label on the bag is the final word. Nothing on this site is medical or nutrition advice — talk to a professional about your own needs.
Allergens
Contains wheat and soy. May contain milk and sesame (made in a facility that also handles them). If you're allergic to wheat or soy, this product is not for you.
Subscriptions
A monthly subscription charges your payment method each cycle at the subscription price until you cancel. How to cancel, and what happens to an order in progress, is on the Refunds page.
Discount codes
One code per order, on the code's own terms. Codes have no cash value and can't be applied after the fact.
Our stuff
The Atta Boys name, wordmark, crown, copy, and images are ours. Share them all you like; don't use them commercially or pass them off as yours.
Liability
To the extent Texas law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.
Governing law
Texas, USA. Disputes go to the courts of Travis County, Texas.
Changes
We can update these terms. The version live at checkout when you order is the one that applies to that order; the date at the bottom of this page tells you when it last changed.
