04 THE ROTI MATH
You’re not going to eat only roti — dal, sabzi, and the rest of your life still exist. So we won’t tell you how many rotis to eat. We’ll show you what the ones you already eat could be doing.
Math uses ~14g of protein per Atta Boys roti (¼ cup / 34g serving; up to 40g of protein per 100g of flour, from our lab-tested Nutrition Facts) and ~4.5g of protein for the same 34g serving of regular whole-wheat atta (USDA: ~13g of protein per 100g) — about 3× the protein. The rest of your target comes from everything else on your plate — as it should.
