SHIPPING, WITHOUT THE FINE PRINT.
The short version: we ship across the United States and Canada. US orders of $75 or more ship free. Everything else is a flat rate by weight, and you see it at checkout before you pay.
Where we ship
United States and Canada. Canadian orders are packed and shipped from within Canada by Canada Post — no customs forms, no duties, no border delays. We don't ship anywhere else yet; if that's you, join the list on the homepage and we'll shout when it changes.
Processing
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 3–5 business days. You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email the moment it ships.
Local pickup at our Austin kitchen is free. Choose it at checkout; we'll email you when your order is packed — usually within 24 hours — and you bring your confirmation.
Rates — United States
Flat rates by order weight, in US dollars. Carrier is USPS Ground Advantage; typical transit is 2–5 business days after handoff.

Rates — Canada
Flat rates by order weight, charged in US dollars (your bank converts). Carrier is Canada Post; transit depends on where you are — your tracking email will show the estimate. There's no free-shipping tier on Canadian orders yet.

Late, lost, or damaged
Late. Flour waits for no one, but carriers sometimes do. If your order is delayed well past the window, we'll email you with the choice: keep waiting, or take a full refund. If we ever can't ship within 30 days of your order, we'll ask for your OK on the delay or refund you.
Lost. If tracking hasn't moved in 10 or more days, email us — we'll reship or refund.
Damaged. Email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund it. Details on the Refunds page. No need to mail flour back.
It ships shelf-stable
Atta Boys is a dry flour blend. It ships at room temperature with no ice packs, and a hot truck doesn't hurt it. Once it's home: keep the bag sealed, cool, and dry, and go by the best-by date printed on it.
Wrong address?
Reply to your confirmation email right away — we can fix it any time before the label prints. After that it's in the carrier's hands and we'll do what we can, but we can't promise.
